We advise you to reveal disputes or complaints first to us by contacting us at info@walvisproducts.net. In case this doesn't lead to a satisfactory solution, you can express your complaint towards Valued Shops for independent mediation. As of February 15, 2016 it is also possible to express your complaint through the ODR-platform of the European Commission. You can find the ODR-Platform at https://ec.europa.eu/odr. The ODR-platform has the condition that your complaint is not already subject to mediation by another institution.
